Greetings.. I followed the same steps which you did for installing IQService in Windows Server and I have successful installed IQService and started the IQService through services in Windows Server and in my Sailpoint IIQ 8.3 in AD app I have entered the ip address in “IQService Host” tab and 5050 as “IQService Port” and have also entered the values for “IQService User” & “IQService Password” but I am unable to test connection it gives me below ERROR:
[ TimeoutException ] [ Possible suggestions ] a) Ensure that IQService Port is not blocked. b) Ensure that the IP/domain is reachable from IdentityIQ Server [ Error details ] Connection timed out: connect
If the remove the values for “IQService Configuration” Section and try to connect with AD then I am able to Connect and the connection is successful.
Please help me because without this I am unable to provision in Active Directory.
